Hi, this is all my work from last year and this year. I am in grade 11 at LCS and I am studying Housing and Design. Last year I went on the STS Young Endeavour and had the best time of my life. I have a deep passion for architecture and I love to design houses and buildings. I love to look at works of Frank Lloyd Wright, also I like to look at many Australian Architect/ Building firms that build contempory modern houses. Many of these are featured in Abode Magazine and other similar magazines.

Don’t forget to keep an eye on history and learn from the greatest American Architects like the firm of McKim Mead and White, or Carrere & Hastings. These firms designed some of the most important, best-loved buildings in the country. And British modernists like Richard Rogers have exciting things to say about design.
Frank Lloyd write is certainly a crowd pleaser. But I’m not so sure you should be modeling yourself on someone like Daniel Libeskind. Libeskind is a selfish, ego-hungry opportunist. He designs attention-getting shapes (not really buildings) that have destroyed the charming qualities of many great streets and neighborhoods. And he’s a nasty fellow too. (He tried to launch his biography on the 3rd anniversary of September 11 so he could sell his books at events marking the tragedy. – That’s Disgusting!)
